Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed and/or altered. We also do not issue refunds as all items are created custom for each shopper after purchase.

Inventory at Biilow Clothing Co  moves very quickly. In the event your desired (exchange) item is not available, we will provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift card or unique code. Store credit can be used immediately and does not expire. When returning
your item, we recommend using USPS Flat-Rate Shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

All orders ship out our warehouse in Wisconsin within 2-5 days upon order. There are occasions where your part of your order is on back-order or Out-Of-Stock. If this is the case we will notify you immediately when it will be in stock and ship out.
